Dr. Jill Mikkelson
Dr. Mikkelson is a Waunakee native who returned to her hometown in 2000 to practice with Dr. Paula Lee. She has been a chiropractic patient since childhood after being diagnosed with Scoliosis. After experiencing first-hand the benefits of regular chiropractic care, she decided to pursue a career as a Doctor of Chiropractic.

Dr. Mikkelson has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and received her Doctorate from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. As a Board Certified Diplomate in Chiropractic Pediactrics she has the privilege of providing ongoing chiropractic care to pregnant women, newborns, and children of all ages. Caring for entire families is one of the most rewarding aspects of being a Doctor of Chiropractic for Dr. Mikkelson. When your child is healthy, missing fewer days of school, and is able to participate in the activities they enjoy becuase of non-invasive, chiropractic care, the whole family benefits.When school-aged kids are fighting over who get to get adjusted first, or the high school student comes in because he or she has a meet or game coming up, that's when you know that families truly understand the benefits of chiropractic care for the enitre family. It's not just about pain relief -- it's about health and wellness. Dr. Mikkelson is also a graduate of the Whiplash & Brain Injury Traumatology program through the Spine Research Institute of San Diego.

As well as providing chiropractic care to men, women, and children alike, Dr. Mikkelson provides public speaking engagements to local schools and businesses as part of Health Fairs, Career Fairs and Wellness classes. She is a member of the Wisconsin Chiropractic Association, the International Chiropractic Association and the ICA Council on Chiropractic Pediatrics.
